VIDEO: Webs of Hope and Change
July 9, 2009 - 1:04pm — SpidermanSpider-Man understands real problems. He knows that building strong communities is crucial to moving Washington D.C. forward. That's why throughout his career he has always remained your friendly neighborhood Spider-Man.
It's this sensibility and relatability which has inspired so many to support Spider-Man in this campaign. One of these supporters, former Obama staffer Max Harper (IB5K.com), was so inspired he produced this AMAZING video. Please be sure to pass it on to your friends and of course - don't forget to VOTE Spider-Man tomorrow between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m.

Politics Daily endorses Spider-Man for Mayor
July 9, 2009 - 12:40am — SpidermanProminent political blogger Michael Kriskin came out with a strong endorsement for Spider-Man today:
Would you vote for the Green Lantern? He and six other DC Comics heroes are running for Washington, D.C. mayor. As a Marvel comics fan myself, I'm appalled that Spider-Man was the only non-DC hero nominated. Well, he's got my vote! Ironically, the one character with actual mayoral experience (Green Arrow) was left out.
